Common questions
My birth time is unknown. Can I still get a reading?
You can get a free chart without the hour pillar. We do not sell the full reading in that case, because three quarters of a chart is not what the page describes.
Can I change the birth details after buying?
Yes. Tell us the correct details and we re-issue the report once at no charge.
Do you store my birth details?
Not for the free chart — it is calculated in your browser and never sent to us. For a paid report we keep what the report was calculated from, and you can ask us to delete it.
Is this a prediction?
No. It is a reading within a tradition, offered for self-reflection. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not predict events.
Why does my chart differ from another site?
Most often because that site follows different school conventions. Ours are published on the methodology page.
Refunds
If a report was not delivered, arrived incomplete, or you were charged twice, we refund without argument. The full conditions are on the refund page.
